1. We have a very small kitchen with NO dishwasher.
2. I usually do the dishes, sometimes the hubby does them (he grills a lot in the summer, so i do most of the dishes )

Yesterday, we were talking about dinner and having to do the dishes and he laughed and said that it's all my fault because i eat 15 million (oh the dramatics!) small meals a day.

WOW.

He is so right, I do use all of the dishes; tupperware to store produce and leftovers, forks for my salads (according to him, I'm the fork thief!) and I do eat a few small HEALTHY meals throughout the day.

I know this is not a big deal to most, but to me, someone who often ordered out, someone who often took the easy road and heated up ellio's pizza or did a dinner in a bag job. This is amazing. Instead of having my guilty pleasure of doritos with my lean turkey sandwich (on 45 calorie bread LOL) I have a salad!!

I feel so good about myself that I am already taking steps in the right direction. The only food I really need to get out of my diet (and am struggling with) is ice cream (switched to non fat yogurt) and popcorn!

Keep up the good work everyone, I am feeling so much better about myself already!

You are SO awesome !!!! That's fantastic! We have the same conversation at our house, too. The top drawer of our dishwasher is always FULL of tupperware containers from where my partner and I take our breakfasts and lunches to work every day. We come home and the first thing we do is unload our lunchbags into the sink! What a great problem to have! When I think about the calories I used to consume on a regular basis, and the money I used to spend!! Ugh!! It makes me sick!!

Keep up the good work, girlie !!!

Thank you so much everyone, I really do feel accomplished and couldn't stop smiling for being teased over eating right!

I have had the skinny cow ice creams, they are def delish but hardly ever on sale in my local store. With visiting the farmers market every week and buying my own side staples (35 cal mayo, light salad dressings, etc.) it's already hit my pocket more than i expected.

There is an ice cream shop nearby that has great non fat no sugar vanilla frozen yogurt and I can barely tell the difference. My problem is when I am home and the mint choc chip in the freezer taunts me
