I have on more than one occasion knocked the 30day shred workout saying it was boring, redundant and very mediocre in terms getting a good burn.
well, i think i may need to take that back.
the other day i had an hour to kill (and was too lazy for insanity), so i decided to give it another shot.
i did level 2 - twice - back to back with 8lb weights and didn't turn on the AC.
Let me tell you...my mat was soaked and i was dripping with sweat so much that my eyes were stinging! (today i got smart and used a sweatband!)
So Jillian, I hereby apologize.
While your workout may be redundant and boring you can most definitely work up a good sweat!
