BMI Classification
< 18.5 underweight
18.5–24.9 normal weight
25.0–29.9 overweight
30.0–34.9 class I obesity
35.0–39.9 class II obesity
≥ 40.0 class III obesity

Only lost a little weight, but I've now gone from a class two obese BMI of 35.6 to 34.2 !! I am now officially only Obese! not severely obese! Now I just need to lose 4.3 BMI points to be overweight, and then 5 more points to be at a normal weight. But yay! I've dropped a whole classification of obesity!

    yeah!!! well done that's great!! I'm just over in obese, but it's going down... will soon just be overweight!! can't wait!! lol ;-)

    I know the feeling, yesterday I finally dropped from OBESE to OVERWEIGHT!
    It is such an awesome feeling!!

    See.. working hard and eating right is REALLY paying off!

    This is the BEST! I was Class II obesity, and now I'm just overweight. AND only 13 pounds away from being HEALTHY! Rock on pretty lady!

    YAY!!!! It is an amazing feeling! I've gone from class II obesity to overweight in about three months - it has slowed down now, but I'm not that upset as that feeling is worth every sweat drop and forgotten chocolate bar! Well done you and keep up the good work! :happy:

    I remember a couple of years ago I was obese and I was soooo gutted, you can imagine how upsetting it was to then realise a year later I was severley obese!
    I never thought I could ever be so happy about being obese again haha

    Great Job! I understand exactly what you mean. I was so excited when my BMI was actually on the chart. I was a 68. Now I am a 57. Still a really big number but moving in the right direction.

    That's what I was like when I started using wii fit, they start off at a fairly low BMI so I was off the scale when I started, and now I'm just at the top xD
