Dear Insanity fans :) Quick question!

Hey there! Quick question. During your months of Insanity, do you JUST do the Insanity routines as your daily workout, or do you try to fit in more here and there? Just curious if you folks got these great results by following the program faithfully, or if you added your own spice to it throughout the weeks... Thanks!! ;D

Follow the program as designed (including the nutritional guide) at least one round. After you first round you can always add more and change it up. Just my 2 cents.0

I am on my third week of the first month, and I do keep to the schedule, but I have done other forms of exercise (spinning and Zumba) for some extra calorie burn and for just for fun. I do not follow the nutrition guide, because I have PCOS and try to keep my carbs to 30% of my daily intake.
Edited to say that I do, however, keep in mind having 300 calorie meals 5 times/day.0 -
I agree with this. It's what I did, and I also think following the food plan is even more important than the workouts. As they say: "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym." I did throw in a Muay Thai workout here and there (I'm paying a lot of $$ each month for them so I couldn't let them go to waste), but I also skipped an Insanity workout here and there, too, so it balanced out.I am on my third week of the first month, and I do keep to the schedule, but I have done other forms of exercise (spinning and Zumba) for some extra calorie burn and for just for fun. Thank you guys! It's exactly what I was wondering. I'm going to stick to the daily routines, but I might fit in some more workouts during the days. I DO follow the meal plans!0 -

Good job, keep it up East Coaster.0 -
I agree...take it slow at first until you get used to it. I am almost done (day 46) and I just started adding a run every now and then into my day. I only have time on my lunch break to run, but one or two miles is a nice added bonus to the *kitten* kicking I am getting on a daily basis. Good luck and dig deep!0
