My Morning NSV

I woke up today (an NSV in itself :-)) and I was thinking about my day. Thinking I had an 'easy' 2 mile run scheduled for the day.

Until recently I would have never, ever thought I would consider two miles to be easy but I do now. And usually it is.

    Congrats! I was baffled by the NSV so Had to look it up.....I guess I am too old for figuring some of this "lingo" out! *lol* Again congrats on the "Non-Scale-Victory" (NSV for those like me that had no idea what it meant!)
