Pillsbury - Croissants Reduced Fat, 4 roll (28.0 gr)

Kraft - Philadelphia (Fat Free Cream Cheese) 2 Tbsp.

Truvia - Sugar Substitute, 4 packet

Blackberries - Raw, 1 cup

On an ungreased cookie sheet or in/on a shallow baking dish; place croissant dough with seams together to make one
rectangular piece of dough; mend "seams" by mashing/crimping them together.
**(I place mine w/ 2 croissants below and 2 above each other.)

Mix cream cheese w/ 1-2 pkt Truvia and spread evenly over surface of dough

In a small bowl mix blackberries w/ 1-2 pkt Truvia; mashing them up just a bit in the process.

Pour prepared blackberries into middle of cream cheese spread

Bring sides of dough up to almost meet in the center; roll end edges up and lightly crimped together

Sprinkle w/ 1/2 pkt of Truvia, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown. Approx: 11-12 minutes.

I pour 1 Tbsp Sugar Free French Vanilla creamer over mine....YUM!

Total: 452 calories (not including topping)

Per Serving: 226 calories 38 carbs 9 fat 7 protein 10 calcium
