How often do you weigh yourselves? everyday? every other day? twice a week? or once a week? Less? I am honestly glad that my only scale is the Wii, because if I had a regular scale I would step on it every time I passed it.

    i weight myself everyday after working out. Yes, I know it is a dehydrated weight, but I read on here my first week that "any loss is a loss". It really moved me. I never record gains tho, so sometimes it takes a while to lose weight :P but it really keeps me on track at least!

    I weigh almost everyday, but I have a set day and time for my "official" weigh in. I am a bit compulsive, I can't help myself. Sometimes it can be frustrating though when you don't see that number move. :o)

    That's funny. I have a scale in the kitchen and I do weigh myself a few times a day. I don't know what I expect to happen because only once was my weight lower in the afternoon than in the morning! Do whatever helps you stay motivated. If it gets you down to keep looking at the scales, then stay off of it for a week. I like to weigh everyday to keep me accountable and understand if I may have had too much salt the day before or maybe didn't drink enough water. What else do you like to do on the Wii?

    THIS! I weigh around the same time every morning. And track it in my head as to what I weigh. I record my weight every Tuesday. I know a lot of people will tell you this isn't healthy, but it really keeps me on track with my food choices each day.

    Once a week, in the AM before eating anything.

    That's enough stress for me. I don't weigh myself anymore than that.

    i weigh myself almost every day but i log it in MFP thursday mornings. ive only been doing this for 2 weeks, but if i do gain i will be logging it cuz otherwise im just cheating myself

    Once I actually get my own scale instead of using the one at our gym (It's a very scary thing to do around so many people), I'll be weighing myself on Monday & Friday - that way I keep myself motivated to stay on track throughout the weekend instead of snack & dine out too much.

    ETA: Of course, I will do it in the morning almost immediately after I wake up.
