HI,
I would like to give a special thanks to all the people that replied to my earlier thread :
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/286078-need-advice-thanks-so-much
I've been doing the 1200 cal ''diet'' for over a month now and no changes...
Well since monday, I started a ''low carb diet''. It is not a real diet since I adore vegetables and I eat everything that I love, except things with carbs..
By sticking to 30g a day (which I dont find that hard), I managed to lose 3.2 pounds since Monday morning...
I was always under my 1200 calories before, but always ate lotssss of carbs (150g )...
I am super happy, and wish that it will continue to drop!!!
For those who are hesitating about cutting their carbs, well Im your proof!!
I've been struggling to lose weight for the past 2 years...
This is the first time that I lose that much weight in a short period of time, WITHOUT feeling like I am starving myself!
THANKS SO MUCH, Going to a cottage with a happier mind and soul!

I'm happy for you!!
Please remember that quick weight loss is not always good. Make sure to monitor what you are doing as far as exercise and food consumption so you don't gain it back. It took some time to get the weight on, so it's going to take some time to get it off. Slow is good in this aspect. Just be cautious is all I'm saying..
Be blessed in your journey!!0 -
Yes, I do understand this slow method since I was doing Weight Watchers for months etc...
I used to lose 5-6 pounds then hit a huge plateau....
I monitor everything that I eat and making sure that I dont starve...
I like what I eat
Thanks ))0
