"Hi, my name is Holly and i LOOOOOOOVE FOOD!" I sometimes feel like i need to join one of thos 'Anonymous" groups..
Not new, but definitely more dedicated this time around.
Like I said, I'm Holly. my nickname is Hef (The Hefinator). No, its not after the Playboy guy, its a character from a cartoon (Rocko's Modern Life!). At the time I got the name, I wasn't overweight, but it sure has adapted a new meaning. I've let too many things get in the way of me being healthy and at a smaller weight. My new years resolution this year was to lose weight and train for a Half marathon with my best friend. She broke her ankle, and it gave me the excuse to not do anything, but keep eating and not working out.
I have goals for my future (marriage, kids, traveling) and don't want my weight to hold me back anymore! I am finally making the right changes in my life, slowly, and hope to reach all my goals!
It'll be nice to have a community of people to share things with, since I feel like the people around me tend to not understand what i'm going through (I have many "small" friends). Here's to losing LOTS of pounds!
