    aw man. Why couldn't you have posted this about 2 hours earlier? ;) I just made some for our dinner, threw in the traditional mayonnaise and mustard.

    Cottage cheese is a great idea! wouldn't change texture and would boost the protein a ton without adding all the fat from oils in the mayo.
