Hiya All!
Im new here on MFP!! I found the app on my phone after looking for calorie counters and decided to join. Looked up the website on my laptop as well and fell in love with it instantly! Ive had a little browse around the boards and can see that this is a fantastic place for support, ideas and motivation which are all the things i need!
Cant wait to get started properly and track my weight loss! Any helpful tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

I just started on this website a couple weeks ago, and it's really nice and easy to use! Good luck to your goal : 3.
As for some of my tips. When you're discouraged, or have the need to eat junk, it really REALLY helps to go into the forum and read post about all the other victorious people who have lost so much weight! If you need a boost your self, posting a status I guess it is about what you're feeling and people can post encouraging messages : ).0 -

Lubilu24785 - Thank you! That sounds like a great idea - ill definitley need the motivation. I get side tracked so easily!
Regretreila - thank you so much for your advice. I think knowing that there are so many people out there trying to reach the same goal will help me! I wont feel so alone in it all now!

I must admit...after reading some articles it does discourage you from snacking...
Last night i really wanted some treats but then got side tracked by all the comments on here...before i knew it a whole hour had passed...it was time for bed & i no longer thought about that treat...amazing stuff...
