It's a new year and I'm starting with new fitness goals (again)! This site is the coolest because it tracks and calculates everything for you. I need all the help I can get to stay motivated! I got the Hip Hop Abs workout for myself for Christmas and officially started yesterday, plus I'm doing a detox on my body to get my metabolism rejuvenated! My goal is to lose about 20 pounds by summer, and being able to track what I eat will help me not to go overboard because I can see the actual numbers without having to calculate them for myself! I recently relocated here from Orlando, and just turned 50 this year, so I need to get fabulous (again)!

Let's motivate one another!!

    Greetings Gwen!

I'm same age but have twice as much to loose.

Your workout sounds fun...I bellydance for joy and cardio!

  • Hi, again! Don't give up - just make it fun and stay consistent. They say it didn't come on overnight, so we can't expect it to go away overnight, either . . . and remember, drink your water!! :drinker:
