Newly Single and Getting Back On Track!

Hey, MyFitnessPal community. I just went through a break-up, and I've been slacking on diet and exercise for a while. I'm up 8 pounds from the last time I logged on here, and that's a little discouraging, but now with nothing to preoccupy me, I'm gonna focus on getting in shape again!
I've modified my fitness goals to be more realistic. I'm shooting to lose 50 pounds in the next year. It'll be tough, but I'm young, so my metabolism isn't too shot yet (I hope!) and I think that if I stay motivated I can do it. That's my plan.
