Saw this article pop up from Active.com. I'm subscribed to them because I sign up for all my races through active.com and I've enjoyed their articles on weight training, running and weight loss.

I see so often ladies (mostly) say "Why am I doing everything right but not losing the weight?" Hell, I've even said it myself.

Then this article floated down my way today and I thought it was good to share.

Only two pages long and worth a read, especially if you have questions about weight training and how building muscles actually helps the weight loss process.

Who knows, you may find something in this article that you haven't incorporated into your routines yet and that might just be the key you need to drop those last annoying pounds.

    Thanks for the article! I'm not a runner, but I just recently broke my first plateau, so this was rather helpful.
