well I have to say a first in awhile. I feel SEXY today and it feels great. I put on my siz 10 jeans. Been awhile. I am starting to feel good in my own skin again. Got a dress awhile ago that didn't fit when I bought. It is a Medium and it fit today. SO happy about that too. Helps me to feel motivated to keep going.

    well I still a ways to go. and it was a moment. But it is a moment I hadn't even felt in at least a year...........
