I'm 35, with two teenage girls. I'm a single mom, I work full-time, and I'm going back to school to be a teacher. I started doing Zumba in December, and I love it, but I haven't lost any weight! Very frustrating  . I don't keep a food diary, so it is possible I'm eating more calories than I think I'm eating. I want to lose about 40 lbs., and am looking for some support and encouragement on this journey!

Looking forward to meeting you all!

-Liz

Hi Liz, I am a 34 year old teacher. I use to work out reguarly but the pounds did not come off. Once I started the food diary I have lost 13.2 lbs since May 31, 2011. You may add me as a friend and we can encourage eachother on this journey in becoming healthy educators!

    Hi Liz,

Keeping track of my calorie intake is the best thing I have done in like a yr. I worked out alot and lost nothing. That changes when you monitor your food. It will surprise you at the end of the day to see what exactly you are eating. Good luck and keep us up to date and contact us for support!

I too am a single mom of teenagers. I moved from TX to CO...
