Probably shouldn't post this on here but I really am fighting this! I've been wanting to binge for hours, I can go to bed but I want to binge. I won't sleep until I binge and I can't really binge on fruit or healthy items because It doesn't give that same satisfaction as eating something extremely bad like a whole portion of chicken fried rice! I'm already over on calories by 200...hehe a 200 calorie fruit binge XD I feel full but I want to eat and eat now </3

Could you possibly #1 exercise to get yourself some extra calories and #2 eat something you would love to binge on but just a little bit?

I'll go out for a walk to Asda :) I couldn't do the second one! I'll just drink water till it's coming out my ears and try to sleep it off :(

i'm just reminding you of what your reasons for wanting NOT to binge are:

    My Inspirations
•To live a happy, long and extremely healthy life!
•To not sweat as much doing daily tasks!
•To not daunt over summer and winter being my key element season where I 'shine'!
•Overall to feel comfortable doing....well anything!

    YOUR words :o)
    Please refrain!!

Think about how short the pleasure is that a binge will provide. Focus on the remorse you'd feel if you gave in BIG time. I would take a portion of what you really are hungry for, sit down, eat it with dignity, savor it..... You will gain a little bit more strength, with each binge that you control. Good luck!

Better to stop and post that here than go ahead and binging without saying anything. You did the right thing by sending up a red flag. I hope it worked. DON'T BINGE!!! Think of the awful feelings that follow! I know about those, trust me.

i have such troubles with binging myself. you keep craving something and just can't get it off your Mind. Earlier I was craving chocolate and i managed to avoid it by drinking some Purely chocolate Shake. but my craving didnt go away and I ended up eatting Peanut butter Stuffed Pretzels dipped with extra peanut butter. Sure hit the spot but boy did i go up in calories!

lollipops! The big expensive ones...I've got a tonne of the things as there's a notalgic weet tore in town. Each lolipop contains 100cals, but they're in such decadent flavours "banna split" and "Bakewell Tart" to name a couple so you get the sweet guilty thing, but so long a you suck and don't chomp they last a while and get rid of the cravings. Our weet shop alo has them on offer...10 for £2

Won't help you now, but I trongly recommend 100cal sinful lollis for times when you just need to give in.
