Hi There,

For those who perform split workouts:

• Do you workout harder (fitness) in the morning or in the afternoon? If so, Why?
• Do you perform Strength Training in the morning and Cardio in the afternoon? If so, Why?
• Do you allow yourself to eat more of something (protein, fat, carbs…)? If so, Why?

I would like to learn more about your workout style.

My average workout plan: I workout 6 days a week; 4 of these days are split (twice a day) sessions. At minimum, I like to get in 25 mins of fatburning in the morning. Otherwise I simply perform fatburning during one session and fitness in another session.

    I often do split workouts
Currently I am doing the 30 day shred ...
Typically my gym routine is done first - and the shred later on in the day..

I do a split routine. I do my home DVD's, which I try doing in the morning, but some days I do them after the gym! I usually go to the gym in the evenings.

Thanks for sharing. Do you eat differently on the days you perform split workouts?
