I recently started seeing a nutritionist and I figure if I'm going to try and lose weight I should go all out. I'm normally pretty shy about things like this but I figure the only way I can get a support group is to put myself out there I am 5'6 and 285 lbs and TOTALLY an emotional eater. All day long I think about food so I'm also seeing a psychologist to change my approach and the way I think about food. Any kind of support can help! :flowerforyou:

Hi, I started just a couple of days ago too. You will certainly get some encouragement from me. And you've already taken the biggest step-- knowing you need to change. Welcome0
