Hello everyone. I am going to try and lose 130-140lbs and I am 5foot. Working the last 3 days with the food tracker it shows that I need to increase my intake of food. Unusual you say. NOT !!! Many of us need to stop the mentality of eating equals fat. My average for the last 3 days is only 600cal a day. MUST have more I know that I am in starvation mode. I drink water and coffee a lot.

make sure that you are eating what MFP says u should eat and be sure to eat your exercise calories. i try to eat them back but i dont always eat all of them back. feel free to friend request me i have 150+ lbs to lose.0
