question about the 30DS for people who've done it!

So I'll be starting the 30DS this weekend. I'm just curious as to what might be needed for it.
Including weights, bands, etc.
I want to make sure I have everything I need before I start!
Also, for best results, is it best to do it in the morning, or at night?

Light hand weights (3-5 lbs). That's it. Workout whenever feels like a good time for you. I do it whenever I feel like it. Could be first thing in the morning or 3 in the afternoon. Doesn't matter too much; it just matters that you do it. Good luck!0

You just need (light) weights and enough space to do jumping jacks, push-ups, etc.
It doesn't make a difference what time you do it. I do it in the afternoon because it is more convenient for me.. it's just whatever works for you! Good luck.0 -
You'll need a mat or towel for floor exercises, hand held weights (I use 3 lb ones) he
I suggest watching each level before actually starting it. That way you have an idea of what to do before having to really do it!
You get the best results just by doing it!!!!!!!!! I do better at night I think because I don't eat until after 9 a.m. and exercise in the a.m. at 5:30
I am currently on Level 3 Day 3.
Don't give up, don't get discouraged, just keep pushing!!!!!!0 -
and you can even use canned food if you dont want to buy weights0

I don't plan on quitting at all.0

[/quote]I'm doing that as well. Taking before and after pictures, and taking measurements of everything. Even if I don't see much weight loss, seeing inches gone will make me feel loads better.0 -
Sounds like you've got the right attitude, the right measuring tools and now all the info. You got this!0

I didn't see a difference between morning or night. Do it whenever you have time. I have done it both morning and night on some days. Just be sure to take measurements. I didn't lose any weight when I did it but lost inches - lots of inches. After you are done with the 30DS I suggest trying Ripped in 30. Same concept, different exercises.0
