    My sweet tooth is basically my whole mouth, so I find ways to make my meals/snacks meet my sweet tooth- mouth halfway! I use half of a serving of hot chocolate or chocolate milk mix, plus cocoa powder and stevia to sweeten my morning coffee, oatmeal and fruit for "brunch" (I typically eat breakfast for lunch), and I always have dessert in the evening! Sometimes it's just a rice cake with peanut butter, sometimes it's a brownie or a square of chocolate... Or both! I've found that as long as I make sure to still get some kind of decent nutrition and fruits and greens throughout the day, I like to log whatever sweet snacks and/or desserts I've planned the night before or that morning, and then adjust everything as my day as it goes on. Not sure if that makes sense to the rest of you, but it works for me :smiley:
