I have had troubles sticking with my TurboFire classes, and have been slacking. Was wondering what some of your rewards are....

Once a month, I will reward myself with bottomless mimosa day at a local pub. :) Just decided that!

Charms for my charm bracelet for each 10kg (22 pounds) - I'm 2 kg away from the next one!
And new clothes, as the old ones get too big. I haven't bought too many though, as I plan to lose a few more kg still.

I new piece of workout clothing for my TF routine. Right now I'm looking at some spandex-like shorts for my runs, kicks and to keep me cool during the TF routines.

All the sushi, or pho tai, or chinese food I can eat. For dinner only every Saturday. But when I reach my goal, I am going to buy me a tailored suit. Get measured and all.

    Pedicure.
Trip to the healthier, but more expensive grocery store.
    Bubble bath.
    Haircut.
    Books.
A new workout DVD or video game.

Honestly, just think about things you really enjoy, or have been wanting, and turn it into a reward. For example, I had already been thinking about getting a pedicure, but I decided it would make a good reward. So I have been putting it off to get to the first mini goal. Tomorrow :D when I get my pedicure it's going to be so much more rewarding than if I had just gotten one because I wanted one.

I really dont reward myself. I eat everything I had eaten before I started this, I just dont do it as often and my walks "exercise" are rewards enough.

I dont get the rewards stuff really. isnt getting yourself in better shape, being healthier, living life fuller, reward enough?

I get myself a new pair of cute fashion earrings for every 5 lbs down, or a new nail polish (I get the cheap ones from Walgreens for $1.50) when I need a little help motivating myself to keep going.

Shoesies. I reward myself periodically anyway, but every 10lbs, for sure, I get new shoes (in addition to whatever other rewards I've allotted myself. Essentially, Me + Willpower = :( (My 30Rock watching friends will get that).
    My last rewards:

For reaching a major goal: new workout clothes of some sort so I can get to the next goal (and not so it in baggy workout gear!)

For a treat ... if I have the calories left at the end of the day, 1-2 mini york peppermint pattys :)

I've been at this for 3 years, rewards are a plus!

I love some of your suggestions.

I would like to get pretty nails. A new pair of sunglasses. (I like the expensive kind) and at my goal...a kick *kitten* leather jacket paired with skinny jeans and some thigh high black boots!! :)

Oh, yes, new workout clothes! I think that will be my reward once I hit my next mini goal.

As for sex...well, I'm married all I have to do is say when and where. Hahaha!

I don't have rewards, but I don't spend money on myself, typically, anyway. For instance, I recently spent extra money I had on two new cloth diaper covers for the baby, instead of new running shorts, which I really could use. Go figure.

I don't think it's so much the eating. It's more the material things like a new outfit. Yes, being fit again is reward enough and we paid in sweat and aches, but how bout something you pay with $? :)

I have rewards for about every 25 pounds or so. 30 pounds lost, I bought a book I wanted. 50 pounds (about 7 more pounds), I get to spend $25 at Bath and Body Works. Love that store but feel guilty spending money. Not this time!

75 pounds, family picture. My daughter is almost 3 and we've NEVER had a professional family picture taken because of how I looked. I didn't want to see it.

100 pounds, fancy date night with my husband. New dress, makeover, you name it.

125 pounds (ultimate goal), night away by myself, wherever I want to go!
