chocolate moose 115 calories!
so heres what you do. you get a cup of the instant premade pudding in chocolate in the sugarfree kind thats 80 calories. if you want vanilla thats 60. then you mix it in with 2 tablespoons with the light whip cream and you freeze it. i dont freeze mine completly but i chill it pretty good so that the edges are frozen. then i eat it and it tastes soo good. almost like a rich rich icecream but for less calories and sugar

I like moose. The horns get caught in my throat sometimes, but my cub likes to play with them.0

Haha! I was noticing that too. LOL. Cute joke.0 -
Without needing to chill extra, you can also add sugar free pudding mix to fat free Greek yogurt and you get an incredibly thick and rich dessert. It's a few more calories but has loads of protein which in my opinion is a good trade off. I've been adding 1/4 of the packet to 1 cup of yogurt, but you can do it to taste.0

i use the pudding cups the kind that you dont have to make. it tastes better and is already portion sized0
