Not eating enough

whathappenedtome
Posts: 7
I do not know what is going on but the last 4 days I have had no appetite and am averaging about 900 calories per day when I should be having 1200. I am not sick, in fact I feel very well. If this keeps up my body is going to start hanging onto the fat I am trying hard to get rid of. Any suggestions? I am mainly eating fresh fruit, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

Those are good foods, but are not giving you a good balance of nutrients. If you aren't feeling hungry, try planning your meals ahead and building in some higher cal options like full fat yoghurt, cheese, avocado, olive oil salad dressing, nuts, peanut butter on whole grain bread, steak, salmon, tuna..... you get the idea! Some of these are quite calorie-dense so you don't have to eat a big quantity to get the benefits and the calories.0
