TRIPLE F CHALLENGE [Recruitment post]

So, as of today I'm starting the Triple F challenge. Some of my MFPs have joined me in this and one suggested I opened the challenge to you 'orrible lot.
This is basically a BURN challenge - FFF stands for FattackFitnessFigure. So why not just take everybody's calorie burns for the week? Rather than measuring simply your calorie burn, FFF accounts for your weight - this is because it is harder to get higher burns as you lose weight.
The person with the best Triple F for the week (the challenge runs Friday - Friday) will be publicly adulated in a forum post, but so will EVERYBODY who beats their previous week's FFF - it's not so much a competition within the group (especially as I know there are some competitive people on this site - and I do NOT want anybody being ridiculous, upping their workout an insane amount and injuring themselves) but trying to improve your personal fitness and burn rates.
If you would like to join, please post here. I will be taking your first weekly burns on Friday 22nd July.
Note: the weight you will be providing will be the weight you were on MFP at the START of the week. Similarly, if you use a HRM that gives you a calorie burn based on your weight, please provide the weight you used on your HRM for the majority of that week.

No, you post your weight with your calorie burn at the end of each week - there'll be a separate topic at the end of each week with a spreadsheet for you all to input, or you can just post it in the thread at the end of the week if you prefer.0

Is the end of the week, this time next week? Also do we tell you our weight and kcal burn but it wont be until a week after that when we'll see the spreadsheet? x
Edit: See the spreadsheet = reveal the results.0 -
Clarifying a few things: due to requests (and the fact that the challenge is about pushing yourself) - cleaning doesn't count.
The Challenge will run from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY so that people can simply edit their burn by goig to the exercise tab after their last workout on Sunday, and use the figure for the week from MFP rather than having to add up.
You'll tell me your burn and weight / put in the spreadsheet next Sunday, and it'll immediately reveal the results, but I'll put an official post up on Mondays congratulating everybody who has done particularly well!0
