Very bad girl today. Went over by 913 calories, that would take 105mins of pedaling on that cruel bike tonight to get the numbers back in the black. Aww dam it, do i pedal it off.... again!!!! Some of you may remember that i was bad just 2 days ago and had to pedal it off. Should have learnt my lesson then. :blushing:

LOL at you going over twice in 3 days! its gonna be okay! do something other than pedal today, go walking or jogging. run around the yard with the kids or hubby. make it fun and it wont seem like work. Remember Cleaning your house is exercise!:flowerforyou:0

Don't worry too much, everyone is allowed an off day, i have had 2 this week already!
Get some exercise in the park - enjoy the sunshine (if you have some) (hope you do!!)
Have a good weekend :-)0 -
More than worrying about being over today, make sure you understand WHY you're going over so frequently. If you've just had a lot of fun summer gatherings with too much tempting food, it'll correct itself. However, if you've been starving yourself, the impulse to overeat will last until you "catch up" everything you've been deprived of (and I speak from experience, not scientific research!). So make sure you're eating enough and specifically getting plenty of fiber, protein and water and leaving room for some junky stuff every now and then, too.
Most important, don't beat yourself up. Just figure out what will make tomorrow more successful than today!0 -
if you don't want to do 105 minutes (god knows i wouldn't want to) just do half an hour or 15 minutes! sleep is more important0

Thanks everyone. Guess I should have said I'm in Australia its 9.30pm. Too late to go for a walk. Its Winter. One of our coldest days, and wet. And i was cold, tired, hungry and had an hours train trip ahead of me and grabbed hungry jacks. Have to plan better and have a snack with me. I will do as much as my tush will allow. :laugh:0
