HERE IS TODAY'S DAILY CHALLENGE SUBMITTED BY @tony2009

-20 Push Ups
-50 Crunches
-30 Minutes of cardio, whatever you want to do. At least walk @ 3.0mph.
-Do as many of your favorite exercise as you can. Push through it! Grrr! Post what you did and how many.
-Look at yourself and compliment yourself on something. =-)
-TGIF! Have a good, healthy weekend!

AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP THEM OZ.'s OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!

    50 Pushups
    50 Crunches
    50 Squats
    200 Jumping Jacks

    I will take a walk later to get in my 30min. cardio. Thank you for the kick in the butt! :happy:

    -Fav Exercise: 2 extra reps of Leg Presses 30 in each rep!
    -Compliment: My butt and thighs...wow they are so toned lol
    -Water: 8 oz so far and only half way through my day!

    I forgot to post this yesterday, but I ended up only doing 30DS, so I got the push-ups and crunches in, but not the cardio. Everyone enjoy your weekend!
