Great topic! I've been having a very difficult time sticking with 1200. On the days that I work out, it is definitely easier to feel like I'm not starving. My biggest problem is not eating a good enough breakfast to start the day. I forced myself to eat oatmeal for a while, but I just never enjoyed it and am always searching for something just as good nutritionally, but tastier.
For the rest of the day I like to have lots of small snacks, and apple here, banana there, maybe some yogurt with walnuts. I feel like each day I get a little bit better at it.0
