I do a walk and sculpt 40 min dvd mot sure where to add it ... It is a 40 min workout infuses lower body cardio with upper body weight training for full body fat blasting . with Chris Freytag

Under circuit training is how I would do it.0

If you wear a HRM, you could go under exercise, then click my exercises, then click create exercise. You can name it, put duration and cals burned in it. DON'T FORGET TO SAVE IT!!0

This is what I do. I think it's a more accurate way to track than using MFP's estimates on how many calories you've burned.0 -
