I was doing the 30 day shred for a while, and LOVED it. However, my back did not like it and I haven't been able to do any exercise for 6 weeks. And now I've gained 5 pounds since then. UGH!

I really need to get back into the routine of something, but need something low impact that will be easy on my back.

Any good suggestions?

Check out Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home DVDs. There's some excerpts on YouTube if you want to try before you buy.

I was going to say the same thing! I love her 3 mile walk away the pounds for abs and the 5 mile fat burning one, I burn loads of calories, but without too much impact.

Callan Pinckney's Callanetics, the original it is old circa 1986 but it works fast, deep and she only uses half inch movements. It's designed for people with back problems. You can find it on amazon

Hands down, Leslie Sansone Walk At Home videos!!! Each DVD is broken up by the mile, so if you do the 5 Mile Fat Burn for example, you can do just 1, 2, 3 or all the miles, it's up to you. She's awesome!

I agree with the Leslie Sansone series completely. I do the 5-day slim down and love it. Like someone else said, you can make it what you want it.

I'd have to agree. Pick up her video with the 1,2 and 3 miles walks on it. That way as you become adjusted, you can increase your walks without buying another DVD.
