New Goals

Hey everyone. I've been using MFP for awhile now && I love it and have been having good results and making good progress.. But i want better results. (ohh boy) So i want to cut a few things out of my life and making some new goals for the rest of this summer and into the school year.
Things I'm cutting out as of 7/15/2011:
Sugar/Sweets
Fast food (including Subway)
Juice/Soda
Junk food: pizza, chips, granola
Things I'm adding EVERYDAY as of 7/15/2011:
Running to the end of my road and back (about a mile)
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
64oz of water
veggies with 2 meals
Bootcamp 3x/week
Slim in 6 pack (abs video)
**8-10lbs lost every month.
What do you think? Are these good things?! Anything i should add? Anything i should delete? Let me know. If anyone cares to join me on this journey that would be great. Please give me your feedback. Thanks guys && keep on losing. Y'all are doing greeatt! (:

I love your goals! and i have to same as you. It's hard for me to cut sweets because i babysit a 6 and 7 year old. And we make treats and they always want me to enjoy them with them. It's hard to pull away but i work on it.0
