so i have tried to be good about weighing in since starting the c25k. HOWEVER, the past few days i have been VERY bad with my eating and i felt myself heavier. so going back on my word, i checked out the scale yesterday and a couple days before that and it said i was still at around 200ish pounds... i felt defeated that i was working my *kitten* off to become a new runner and i am self SABATAGING MYSELF! So Yesterday after i ate my daily calories and my time said 10:00am.. yeah.. AM... and thats when i weighed in. yesterday was 200. so from that moments i took a 60 min walk then finished my w2d3 of my c25k and felt good, but i also was thinking of all the bad food that was sitting in my stomach which slowed me down a bit. so i had a salad for dinner and drank water like no tomorrow. i felt lighter this morning, did my last weigh in this morning till aug 3rd and it said i was down 2 pounds! thank god! so i am eating EXTRA good today and doing w2d3 once again for my excerise today! No more dabataging and i am changing my eating and SPACING it out through the day. maybe it's my TOM soon, but thats NO excuse! Here is today being better! i may have fallen for the sweet food around me, but i learned from it and i picked myself up, dusted my self off and new that i need to keep on going forward!

Well your allowed to fall off the wagon,as long as you jump back on :). Good luck on your journey. It's a rough road but just think how good its going to feel when we reach the end!
