What's the longest you've gone w/out a plateau?

My weigh in isn't until this Monday (I weigh every two weeks) but as of my last weigh in, it has been 20 weeks without a plateau.
What's your longest string of weight loss?

Well a plateau is 3 weeks of no loss OR gain.
I've never had a plateau, and I started in August last year and am down 68lbs as of yesterday.
I have had a week or even 2 with no loss but never 3 (and I only have an older scale so no .5lbs lost, gotta be a whole pound for me to have lost something).
I have been VERY diligent about what I eat and how I exercise with very very few "bad" days or even bad meals.0 -
:flowerforyou: Believe it or not, during the 18 months while I was losing my weight, I NEVER hit a Plateau!! I only weighed once a month, and on that day I got weighed and measured at Curves. As I got closer to my Goal Weight the Trainers kept telling me "It is going to slow down." ~~ "You aren't going to keep losing like this every month." and "You have to expect a plateau. It is only natural."
Finally the Trainer who always did my Weigh In said "How are you doing this!?!"
My answer--"I don't know, You are the Professional, You tell me."
Personally I think that it was because the Computer System at Curves automatically increases the resistance on the machines as you get stronger and more fit.0 -

Very nice! And good motivation for sure. Good job on your loss!0 -
I've been losing weight since August of last year. I haven't experienced one plateau. I truly don't believe that plateau's exist. You just need to figure out what variable has caused you to stop losing weight.
Sometimes its water weight masking fat loss, sometimes its mis-calculation of intake or workout calories, sometimes its something else.
Losing weight is simply a math problem. It's not magic. If your math isn't working, you are doing something wrong most of the time.
Love this article:
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/you-are-not-different.html
"In short: you can’t beat thermodynamics anymore than anything else in the universe. You. Are. Not. Different. You can’t gain bodymass unless your energy intake exceeds your energy output because you can’t make something out of nothing (muscle or fat). And you can’t lose bodymass unless your energy intake is less than your energy ouput. These are rules that every system in the universe has to follow, including the human body. Nature’s rules, not mine to quote the all-knowing Mr. Miyagi. We may not like them, but we have to live by them anyway."0 -
I have never been on a true plateau *KNOCKS ON WOOD*
Every length of time that I've gone without a loss has been because of something that I was doing wrong.0
