Ok, so I started out losing a lot of weight and losing it quickly. I knew this was going to slow down, but why did it stop? I am eating around 1500 calories a day and exercising regularly. I usually eat all or at least most of my excercise calories. I have not been really keeping up with my food journal on MFP as of late (I need to get better at this). But have been keep track of my calorie intake in my head (just too lazy to enter it at the end of the day I guess). My wife seems to think I am in starvation mode and need to increase my calories. I have a hard time with the idea of eating more to loose weight, like I said, I'm eating 1500 calories; if I was only eating 1000-1200, it would be different. This is VERY frusterating. Can someone plaes offer me some adice? Thank you....

It all depends... there are so many variables that contribute to weight loss that there may not even be just one reason. Here are some general suggestions that may or may not help:

    - Lower carbs (while keeping cals the same)
    - Start entering in MFP (you may not be eating as much or as little as you think you are)
    - Change your exercise routine (try running/biking/swimming/HIIT/etc.)
    - If you aren't already, add weight lifting to your workout schedule
    - Get more sleep
    - Drink more water
    - Aim for lower sodium

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck.

Stopped for how long? I've been gaining and losing the same 2 to 4 pounds for about a month and a half. Although overall about a pound down over that time. But I'm about ready to buy a new belt and possibly smaller pants. Scales lie and I hate them. I know I'm doing it right and I only have about 20 to go so it'll come when it comes
