Guiltless Chicken Parmesan:

Highly recommend it! The pasta adds a lot of calories, so sometimes I just do the chicken on its own and eat it with salad...but tonight, I have the calories for it. Mmmmm, panko...0 -
I may have to "bring it on in to Omeletteville"....0

Most likely we will do "make your own pizza"
The kiddos love it and they get to make their own pizzas.
Since I am veggie, mine is meatless.
We use wholewheat pitas instead and then top them with with all kinds of yummy things.
I like alfredo sauce, mozzarella, low fat ricotta, fresh basil and spinach on mine, plus some seasonings.
Magnifico!!!0 -
