Okay so im sure there are many posts about this but I just wanted some info becasue im still new at this. MFP gave me a set amount of calories each day. Everyday I exercise so that usually puts me under or way under my calorie mark. MPF says i'll be gainning weight because im eating to little. I dont understand sine ive been exercising. pleae help thanks!

You have to eat all of your calories per day. If you exercise, you have to eat a portion of those calories, too. A healthy calorie deficit is around -500 calories per day, which is 1 pound burned per week. If your deficit goes too high, your body thinks you're starving and stores fat. That is why you would gain weight.0
