Hi all! I'm new to the site (heard about it from my best friend) and I'm really excited about it! I have 3 kids, a 7 year old, a 4 (almost 5!) year old, and an 8 month old. Looking forward to being able to track everything, and hopefully lose some weight! (I'd like to lose about 20 lbs)

    Welcome, this site is awesome. It is great to keep you accountable for everything you are eating and encouraging you to exercise. Takes all the work out of counting calories. Good luck with your weight goal.

    Nice to have you here! The logging is a great tool to see where I'm racking up my calories. Also lets me knnow if I'm getting enough protien which helps me with my hunger. Less protien = more cravings, for me.
