Hi, my name's Lauren and I'm a 24-year-old grad student with a full-time internship (I sit behind a computer 8-5). My life is very busy, and I have severe health issues, so finding the motivation to exercise is really a challenge for me. Eating right is a lot easier, since there's little time commitment.
My BMI is about 24. I'm 5'8" and used to weigh 190, then got down to 145 pounds. But now I've peaked back up to 160 and want to stop things before they get out of control. My goal weight is 138 pounds, a BMI of 21.
