I have three young kids and frequent pain in my back and shoulder that hinder my progress. Any tips and ideas? All topics welcome.

Have you been to a doctor for the pain? As for the kids, include them in your daily activities. Take a walk, do yoga together at home, play tag in the backyard, take them swimming at the local pool or skating at the local arena. With pain in your back I suggest avoiding any heavy duty activities, especially ones that put a strain on your shoulders. Try slower movements- walking, swimming, yoga, elliptical etc. good luck! :flowerforyou:0
