Week one complete

So this is my fifth day of tracking my food and exercise. Loving MFP. Makes tracking so convenient and fast. See everyone on here is also very motivating. Thanks!

But the battle is just beginning. I normally struggle on the weekend, with eating and exercising, so this will be the true test. I know I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
