I still have a little tummy I want to get rid of. But I think I pretty much met my goal.

    You look great! I was almost 160 when I started, and my goal is 130, so this gives me great inspiration! You look great!

    Wow ... you look great. Your hubby has to be so proud! What was your secret? Exercise or diet? Or a complete lifestyle change involving both?

    I've got a long, long way to go - but seeing posts like yours inspires me every day I get home, to not just plop down on the couch - but to grab a bottle of water, change clothes, and go for a 30-45 minute walk. Thanks for the motivation.
