How do you log it as exercise in your diary??

    You will get varied responses on this. I personally log it under cardio - but i also you a heart rate monitor with a chest strap - to ensure the amount of calories i have burned.

    I created its own log, but I don't have a HRM so I had to guess on how many calories I was burning. Some people don't agree with my way, but I have lost weight. It is best to have a HRM though.

    Youve lost 46 lbs - thats awesome - obviously what youre doing is working so dont worry about anyone else!! Keep up the great work.

    I don't have a HRM...so...I have no idea how many calories I would have burned...oh my days :-(

    It was the best investment i ever made - I got a Polar FT4 for about $70. I roughly burned around 175 - 240 calories doing level 1 depending on how intense i was.

    I have a HRM and I usually burn around 200 - 230 cals on both level one and two (haven't yet dared to try level three cos level two makes my muscles ache for about 2 days afterwards!)
