How do you deal with stress?

I pick up my cat and fuss him....I only have to look at his cute little face and I feel all's well with the world!0

Loud music, listening to comedy, playing with the dog, ride my Harley (loud..)0

Running, yoga and sex. Sometimes all in the same day and not always in that order.... and sometimes not because I'm stressed.0

I was a total stress-eater. I didn't even realize it until I began this weightloss journey and kept finding myself drawn to the kitchen when I was irritated and overwhelmed with my kids. :laugh:
These days if I find myself feeling that way my main desire is to exercise. I'll go to the gym (put the kids in the childcare room), take them to the pool and swim, take the dog for a walk, etc.
Sometimes a long shower with extra pampering helps too.0 -
I work out, cry.... those are my go-tos. lol0

take the tops out of my car, turn up the music and go for a long drive
