I've done a free pass at this gym before. It's very clean and open. The classroom is a little small but the classes are tough!

I go to World Gym in Portland, Maine! LOVE the classes! The people I've met make me want to go to the gym (plus they always notice if I'm not there). I highly recommend it! If you are having trouble pushing yourself on your own and can't afford the trainers (who are great as well) check out the classes! My favorites: cardio kickboxing, body blast, bootcamp, and step aerobics.
