so i normally do my weights in the morning and cardio at night.... i dunno im just used to it like this and i like doing it like this.

someone just told me that i should be doing cardio in the morning and weights at night.... but its really hard to starve myself for a few hours then take the NOS (its supposed to be taken on an empty stomach)

is it a huge difference??? i mean i always thought movement is movement and weights is weights... as long as your eating/drinking your recovery drink right after then youll be fine

It doesn't matter one bit. People like to believe that it does, but it all comes down to what's best for YOU.

You are correct that it doesn't matter when you do either....Just a side note though...people need to remember that they should not be weight training on an empty stomach right when they wake up in the morning! It defeats the purpose of trying to grow the muscles.

Yep all preference. I personally feel like I have no energy in the morning for lifting and I wind up half a$$ing my work out so I do it at night. If it works for you then keep it up!

Although I did just read somewhere that "new" research shows that cardio in the morning on an empty stomach causes your body to not only burn more fat, but also more protein (your muscles since you haven't eaten any in 10-12 hours), and isn't as good as everyone thought.

The trainer at the gym told me yesterday that doing weights before cardio will help burn more fat during your workout. I don' t know if the cardio has to be done right afterward for it to work or not, but it's something to think about =)
