I walked into my grandma's kitchen today and her friend automatically says, "Sarah! You've lost weight!" YES!!! I've only lost 3 pounds but I must be losing inches for people to notice!

It feels great when people say it without you having to say a thing. Some of the ladies at my work have said to me "You are disappearing" and I smile.
