What about everything else you do during the day?0 -
Basically If your calories are set to 1200 your net has to be 1200..... If you exercise with the 1200 and you have 1400 calories to eat..your net should be 14000

It's the calories you theoretically consumed after working out.
So.. say MFP tells me to eat 1200 cals a day and I burn 500 through exercise. If I actually consume 1700 calories, I've consumed 1200 net calories (1700 calories consumed - 500 calories burned through exercise).
Make any sense?0 -
I believe that's already included in your allowance, depending on your activity level.
For example, yesterday I ate 1550 calories: 1200 NET since I "earned" (i.e burned) the 350 for running.Net calories are what you end up eating AFTER working out.

When you enter your work out it will add calories to your total calories you are aloud to eat that day, if you don’t work out for the day then you earn no extra calories so you will stay at the 1200 or whatever your target calorie intake is.0
