I have often noticed a lot of you refer to clean eating! Now i eat good, most of the time... fruit, veg, cook my own meat etc, steer away from ready made dinners, microwaveable foods, eat take out only once in a very blue moon! So does that mean i eat clean... or am i waaaay off the mark here!
Can someone give me a full explaination please?!

Think food in its purest form . . .as close to the farm as you can get . . . if you can read and pronounce all the ingredients on the label . . . as organic as possible . . . that is the basics

if it's doesn't have a mom or come from the earth, don't eat it.

Sounds like you're on the right path! :)

The other way I heard it put very easily is make the ingredient the ingredient.. So if it already has an ingredient list do not use it. Use whole natural foods that you mix together yourself.

If you want to get really into it look at "Paleo" dieting on Google. There is also a good website called "Caveman Cooking"; I like this one.

A couple inexpensive cookbooks are "Now Eat This" and "The best of clean eating"
