Hi just wondering im heading out for lunch today with family at a sushi train how much can i eat to keep under 300-500cals so i dont blow my 1200cal limit there and then so i dont just sit there and not eat either

Be careful of anything with tempura on it. I think a California roll is around 300 for 8 pieces...and spicy tuna about the same. That's not counting the soy sauce, ginger, or wasabi though either. The bigger rolls will add up quickly so watch for the smaller pieces if you want to have more variety. Or sashimi is a little lower if they have that. Good luck! I love sushi...I'm a little jealous right now.0

I usually just leave the majority of the rice on the place .. and enjoy lots of tuna, eel, shrimp, avocado, cucumber! Yum!0
